We're teaming up with Olivia Shea Grimaldi of LivO Yoga to offer an introductory SUP Yoga class in the pool. Without any waves to contend with, we'll spend the first part of class orienting ourselves to the boards and enjoying the calm pleasure that stand up paddle boards bring. Once we all have our balance and paddling down, we'll anchor our boards and will use them as the base for a core building yoga session. Dress to get wet, bring a friend, and expect to have fun and get a decent work out.
